1. Service description

MaybeDeep provides a smart deep link generation service. Users create short links that automatically detect the recipient's device and open the correct native app (YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Amazon) instead of a browser.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use MaybeDeep to create links that:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Facilitate phishing, social engineering, or credential theft
• Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promote hate speech, violence, or terrorism
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We scan submitted URLs against Google Web Risk API for known threats. URLs flagged as malicious are automatically blocked.

3. Plans and billing

MaybeDeep offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Plan limits (links per month, clicks per month, analytics retention) are enforced automatically. Exceeding click limits does not disable your links — clicks are still redirected but not counted toward analytics.

4. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate the Acceptable Use Policy
• Receive multiple abuse reports
• Generate excessive automated traffic (beyond rate limits)
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures

Links associated with suspended accounts are deactivated. We will attempt to notify you by email before suspension, except in cases of severe or illegal abuse.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

MaybeDeep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that links will always open the correct app — deep link behavior depends on device settings, app installations, and platform changes outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaybeDeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
